Our MissionCommunity Access Partners of San Buenaventura (CAPS) is a public forum for all Ventura residents, businesses and organizations. CAPS provides training and access to telecommunications technology so that all may become active participants in electronic media. CAPS strives to involve the entire population of Ventura as producers and viewers, as well as to empower the community through collaboration.
